Privitization in 2023 of several existing toll road assets including dynamic toll lanes. In addition to T&R forecasts, several alternate tolling configurations were devised and analyses made regarding future conversion to bidirectional tolling, dynamic tolling of managed lanes, and potential managed lane extensions.

A 14km section of the Denver beltway, HFA provided T&R advice to the winning consortium in 2016 and conducted forecast updates in subseqent years for the concession company.

Egnatia Odos

Egnatia Odos is a 660km motorway in Northern Greece, running east-west from Igoumenitsa on the Ioanian coast to Kipi on the Turkish border, plus 225km of north-south access routes. HFA conducted a traffic study for a one of the bidders between 2019-2021.

Manila LRT Line 1

HFA has conducted a series of ridership and revenue studies since 2014 for LRT Line 1 in Manila, an 18km grade-separated light rail line with a 12km planned extension.
Rota das Bandeiras

The concession Rota das Bandeiras covers 297km of the SP-065, SP-332, SP-063, SP-360 and SP-083 in the Dom Pedro I corridor in São Paulo state, centered on the city of Campinas. HFA conducted a traffic study for a potential buyer of the concession.
Northern Marmara Motorway

The NMM extends for 250km from Kınalı in western Turkey, crossing the Bosphorus to the north of Istanbul via the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, and terminating in Akyazı in Sakarya province. HFA acted as Sponsors' advisor.

HFA was appointed Sponsor's traffic advisor for this 2017 acquisition of the Rutas de Lima concession in Peru. The concession comprises 114km of highway, split across three roads to the north, south and east of Lima.

VIFC is a high speed passenger ferry between Downtown Vancouver and Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. HFA conducted a due diligence study in 2022 for an investor, including preparing passenger and revenue forecasts.

Elizabeth River Crossings

The ERC concession comprises the two four-lane crossings between Portsmouth and Norfolk VA: the US-58 Midtown Tunnel and the I-264 Downtown Tunnel. HFA acted as Sponsors' advisor to one of the bidders on this project in 2020.
A63 Autoroute des Landes

The A63 forms part of the strategic road network between Spain and Northern Europe. A 100km segment of the former N10 south of Bordeaux was widened from 2x2 lanes to 2x3 lane full motorway standard and tolls were introduced. HFA acted as Lenders' advisor during the 2014 refinancing process.
