ABOUT
H Fox Associates (HFA), formed in 2014, is a specialist company dedicated to providing independent traffic and revenue advice to developers of transport infrastructure in the PPP sector. Our expertise covers highway (particularly toll roads), LRT/rail and ferry projects. We provide advice to project grantors, bid sponsors, and lenders on greenfield projects, and vendors, buyers and potential investors on brownfield projects across the globe.

The four directors have extensive experience in providing T&R advice to to the investment community. Founding directors Rob Godley and Dan Bassford are well-known among financiers in the international infrastructure sector, and have an excellent reputation for providing reliable, realistic and independent forecasts.

Rob Godley
Managing Director
Rob has over 30 years' experience in traffic and revenue forecasting. He has undertaken over 80 T&R studies in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa and Australia.
Dan Bassford
Director
Dan has more than 20 years' experience in traffic and revenue forecasting, having undertaken over 50 projects worldwide in Europe, North and South America and Asia.
John Gregory
Director
John has over 15 years' experience in traffic and revenue forecasting. He has worked on projects across the world, with extensive experience in North America, Europe, and Australia.
